Return and Refund Policy

At HitChaser, we carefully package every order to ensure that your products arrive safely and securely. As we sell trading card games and collectible products, we have specific procedures regarding returns, refunds and product condition.

Right of Withdrawal

For consumer purchases made online, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal under applicable Swedish and EU consumer law.

Where a right of withdrawal applies, you normally have 14 days to notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the applicable withdrawal period and clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase.

Products must be returned in accordance with applicable law. If a product has been handled beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality, we may, where permitted by law, deduct an amount corresponding to any loss in value.

No Voluntary Returns or Exchanges

HitChaser does not offer voluntary returns, exchanges or store credit beyond the rights provided by applicable law.

We do not offer exchanges simply because you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind outside the statutory withdrawal period, or no longer want the product.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Many of our products are sealed collectible products, including booster packs, booster boxes, displays, starter products and other TCG products.

All sealed products are sold in the condition supplied by the manufacturer.

The contents of sealed TCG products are randomized by the manufacturer. HitChaser does not guarantee specific cards, rarities, characters, pulls or other randomized contents unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Not receiving a particular card or rarity does not, by itself, mean that the product is defective.

Opened or Unsealed Products

Opening or unsealing a collectible product can significantly affect its value.

Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is permitted by law may be deducted from the refund.

Products should therefore be handled with care if you intend to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Product Swapping and Fraud Prevention

Due to the collectible nature of our products, HitChaser takes reasonable measures to protect against fraudulent returns and product swapping.

We may document the condition, packaging, seals and identifying characteristics of products before shipment.

Returned products may be inspected and compared with the original order and our shipment documentation.

We do not accept a different product being returned in place of the product originally purchased.

If a returned product appears to have been opened, resealed, substituted, intentionally damaged or otherwise manipulated, we may investigate the matter before processing a refund.

This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
