At HitChaser, all orders are processed immediately after they are placed. For this reason, we do not accept order cancellations or modifications once an order has been submitted.

Please review your cart, shipping address, and payment details carefully before completing your purchase.

If an order has not yet entered processing, HitChaser may, at its sole discretion, assist with a cancellation request. However, cancellations are not guaranteed.

This policy does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
