Welcome to HitChaser. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HitChaser website, online store, products and services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. General

HitChaser is an online store based in Sweden specializing in trading card games, collectible cards and related products.

Our store is operated using Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to sell our products and services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms when necessary. The latest version will always be available on our website.

2. Products

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.

Product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to manufacturer changes, photography, screen settings or packaging variations.

For sealed trading card products, including booster packs, booster boxes and displays, the contents are randomized by the manufacturer.

HitChaser does not guarantee specific cards, rarities, characters, pulls or other randomized contents unless explicitly stated in the product description.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products.

After placing an order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where permitted by law, including in cases of:

Incorrect pricing or product information.
Technical errors.
Products being unavailable.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Unusual or potentially abusive ordering activity.

If an order is cancelled by us, any payment already made for the affected order will be refunded.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Swedish kronor unless otherwise stated.

Prices include VAT where applicable.

Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed and shipped.

We use third-party payment providers to securely process payments. HitChaser does not store complete payment card details when these are handled by an external payment provider.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders are normally processed shortly after they are placed.

For this reason, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled or modified after it has been submitted.

If an order has not yet entered processing, we may, at our discretion, attempt to assist with a cancellation request.

This does not affect any mandatory statutory rights that apply under Swedish consumer law.

6. Shipping

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our control.

7. Returns and Consumer Rights

Returns, refunds and withdrawals are handled in accordance with applicable Swedish and EU consumer protection laws.

HitChaser does not offer voluntary exchanges or returns beyond rights provided by applicable law.

8. Sealed Trading Card Products

Our sealed products are sold in the condition supplied by the manufacturer.

Due to the randomized nature of trading card products, receiving a product without a desired card, rarity or pull does not by itself constitute a defective product.

Products may not be opened, resealed, substituted or otherwise manipulated and then represented as being in their original condition.

9. Fraud and Product Manipulation

HitChaser takes reasonable measures to prevent fraudulent transactions and fraudulent returns.

We may document products and packaging before shipment and may compare returned products with order information and documentation.

We do not accept fraudulent product substitutions, resealed products or intentionally damaged products as legitimate returns.

Where permitted by law, suspected fraudulent activity may result in an order being investigated, cancelled or reported to the appropriate payment provider or authorities.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the HitChaser website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs and other original materials, is owned by or licensed to HitChaser unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially use HitChaser's original content without prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks, logos, characters, artwork and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

11. Website Use

You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, overburden or interfere with the operation of our Services.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, accounts, systems or data.
